GANNT Seem To Sell The Condo.

Well, tomorrow I start my new job, but in a way it will be my old job. I will managing projects and products and creating PERT diagrams and GANTT charts and WBS diagrams and levelling resources and balancing the project triangle of scope/time/resources. And I will have cafeteria food occasionally and marvel at things.







We got a tepid, anaemic, and flavourless offer on the condo yesterday and signed-it back to them - i.e. told them to put it in their pipe and smoke it. Oh this selling business is not easy - we want multiple offers and a bidding war, and people handing us aluminum suitcases packed with neatly stacked hundred dollar bills. It has been on the market for 7 days, so I suppose patience is a virtue on which to meditate.
